Jason partners with contractors, facilities teams, and industrial organizations to deliver high-impact talent solutions across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and field service disciplines.

Jason began his career with Aerotek/TEKsystems, where he spent nearly a decade building a diverse client portfolio across commercial, engineering, environmental, scientific, automotive, and IT sectors. He built his reputation on a disciplined screening process, a consultative approach, and a commitment to developing long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Over the past decade, Jason expanded into internal talent acquisition leadership, designing and executing sustainable staffing strategies that supported operational growth and improved workforce retention. This experience gives him a unique advantage understanding not only how to source top talent externally, but how hiring decisions impact budgets, project timelines, safety, and long-term organizational performance.
