    A franchise model is the specific business model that guides the opening, operation, and growth of a new franchise in partnership with HireQuest Inc. Our family of companies currently offers two distinct business models focused on separate staffing industry offerings: HireQuest Direct and Snelling.

    In addition, franchisees operating HireQuest Direct and/or Snelling branches are able to add-on CDL/non-CDL driver and healthcare staffing solutions through DriverQuest and HireQuest Health, respectively.
