HireQuest Franchise Owner Carlyle Brown Expands Footprint with Two New Locations in Central Arkansas

Charleston, SC — HireQuest (Nasdaq: HQI), a national franchisor of direct dispatch, executive search, and temporary staffing solutions, is proud to announce the continued expansion of franchise owner Carlyle Brown, who has acquired the HireQuest Direct office and establishing a new Snelling office in Central Arkansas.

Brown, who has been a HireQuest Direct franchise owner for the past 2.5 years, currently operates successful locations in Pensacola and Panama City, Florida, and Dothan, Alabama. His newest acquisition strengthens HireQuest Direct’s and Snelling’s presence in the Arkansas market, where demand for qualified talent in light industrial, retail, manufacturing, and education continues to grow.

The HireQuest Direct North Little Rock office will service all of Central Arkansas, focusing on staffing solutions for construction, light industrial, retail merchandising, and customer service fulfillment roles. Meanwhile, the Snelling Staffing Conway location—will serve manufacturing, supply chain operations, local school districts (including janitorial and cafeteria staff), and area colleges and universities.

Brown’s career with the company began over a decade ago as an administrative team member at Trojan Labor. Recognized early on for his leadership potential, he rose through the ranks—first as Assistant Manager in North Charleston, then as Regional Manager in Atlanta—before stepping into franchise ownership just seven years later.
