Proven Charlotte Owners Barry and Mary Paradis Expand Their Snelling Legacy with Acquisition of Austin, Texas Office

Charlotte, NC / Austin, TX – [October 14, 2025] — Snelling, a proud member of the HireQuest Global Talent Network, is pleased to announce that long-time franchise owners Barry and Mary Paradis have expanded their footprint with the acquisition of the Snelling office in Austin, Texas.  The husband-and-wife team, who have successfully led the Snelling office in Charlotte, North Carolina, since 2021, bring more than 40 years of combined experience in recruiting, staffing, and workforce solutions to the Central Texas market.

Barry and Mary’s journey in the staffing industry began long before joining Snelling. Barry started his career in 1983 as a recruiter for the U.S. Marine Corps, while Mary launched her professional path in human resources. In 1998, the couple became staffing franchise owners when they purchased the Link Staffing office in Charlotte. After Link Staffing was acquired by HireQuest in 2021, their business transitioned to operate under Snelling brand, quickly emerging as one of the top-performing Snelling offices nationwide.
